Shipping & Delivery

Once you place an order you will receive an e-mail showing that your credit card was charged by SP * Hebe – Clarksburg, MD Orders placed by 2pm EST Monday-Saturday will be shipped the same day. Our standard Priority shipping generally takes 2-3 days from the ship date until arrival to most US locations. Upgraded Express shipping takes 1-2 days for arrival to most US locations.

Returns

As a customer, you are very important to us and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us via email to initiate the returns process. Our email is – support@thehebe.com.

If the product was damaged during shipping we will send out a new duplicate product immediately and send you a return shipment label.   If the product produced irregular skin reactions you may return the product(s) in their original packaging along with all parts, pieces and printed materials to us for a full refund. We recommend that you use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the mail.  Samples and Travel Size products do not qualify for a refund unless the wrong product was shipped.

All returns MUST have a unique RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) written on it - that we will provide.

We will notify you via phone or e-mail once we have received the returned item and processed your refund. A refund will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Refunds are issued for the price of the returned product only.  We do not refund shipping charges unless due to shipping errors. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges when returning products or making exchanges.
